Turn any lead list into reachable contacts.
Upload a CSV with LinkedIn URLs, or names and company websites. We match every row against our database and send the file back with emails added.
Your file in. Your file back, with emails.
Nothing about your spreadsheet changes. Every column you uploaded comes back untouched, with four new columns on the end that show what we found and how sure we are.
Four steps. No run required.
Email Finder is its own tool: no search to build and no queue of runs to wait on.
Upload your CSV
Drop in any CSV with a header row. Your columns stay exactly as they are.
Match your columns
Point us to the LinkedIn column, or to name and website. We suggest the matches for you.
We look every lead up
Each row is checked against our database. Follow progress live from your history.
Download the result
Grab the enriched file the moment it’s ready, with the number of emails found beside it.
Two ways to match a lead.
Give us either. When a row has both, we try the LinkedIn URL first.
LinkedIn profile URL
The most precise match. One column of LinkedIn URLs is all it takes.
Name and company website
First and last name (or one full-name column) with the company’s website. No LinkedIn needed.
A mix of both
Rows with a LinkedIn URL use it. The rest fall back to name and website, all in the same file.
Four columns added to your file.
Every original column comes back untouched. We’re upfront about where each email came from.
emailThe email address we found, or empty when there is no match.
email_statusfound or not_found for every row.
email_sourceWhere it came from: database (stored against that person), or pattern and company_pattern (built from the company’s email format).
email_confidenceverified for stored emails, pattern_guess for emails built from a pattern.
No match, no charge.
Each email we find uses credits from your balance. Rows we can’t match cost nothing.
Pay per email found
Credits are deducted only for emails that appear in your file.
A history of every file
See rows, emails found, credits used and a download link for each upload, any time.
Stops cleanly
If your balance runs out mid-file, we stop, return what we found so far, and mark the rest as skipped.
Good to know.
A header row, and either a LinkedIn URL column or a name plus a company website. Any other columns are fine and come back unchanged.
Some emails are built from a company’s known email format rather than stored against the person. They are clearly labelled pattern_guess in the file, so you can filter them in or out.
No. Runs collect new leads from a search. Email Finder works on a list you already have, so it keeps its own simple history instead.
Large files are supported. The Email Finder page in your dashboard shows the current limit per upload before you start.
